4. Purpose of the Service (Wellbeing, Not Clinical Care)
The content focuses on wellbeing education (e.g., meditation, healthy habits, mindful movement, general nutrition, stress management). It is not medical, psychological, or clinical nutrition advice and does not replace consultation with qualified health professionals.
- If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, or plan changes to your diet/exercise, consult your doctor first.
- If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort, stop and seek professional guidance.
- In an emergency, contact local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the US or 112 in the EU).
5. No Patient–Professional Relationship
Your use of the Service does not create a doctor–patient or therapist–patient relationship. Coaches or facilitators associated with the Service offer wellbeing education only and, unless explicitly stated, are not acting as healthcare professionals.
6. License to Use
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written authorization.
7. Accounts & Security
You may need an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify [email protected] immediately of unauthorized use.
8. User Conduct (Prohibited Uses)
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or rights-infringing purposes.
- Introduce malware, aggressive scraping, unauthorized automation, or interfere with security/performance.
- Upload or share content violating copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.

When you submit content (comments, testimonials, messages, files), you confirm you have the necessary rights and that the content complies with the law. You grant Wellness Collective a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display that content to operate and promote the Service. We may remove content violating these Terms.
10. Purchases, Subscriptions & Renewals
Certain parts of the Service may be paid. By purchasing, you accept the price, applicable taxes, and payment terms shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions: Automatically renew unless you cancel before renewal.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or by a stated policy. This does not affect non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Programs, Challenges & Physical Activities
You participate at your own risk. Ensure suitable space/equipment and follow safety guidance. The Service does not guarantee specific results. Adjust intensity to your condition and consult professionals when appropriate.

15. Disclaimer (“As Is”)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free Service, nor specific outcomes.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellness Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, goodwill) or for personal injury arising from use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts you paid to the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100.
